Description: Welcome! For your consideration: A Zeiss Ikon Contessa 533/24 35 folding rangefinder camera circa 1950's with a Zeiss-Opton Tessar 1:2.8/45mm lens. Sunchro-Compur shutter with speeds to 1/500th of a second. Coupled "wedge" rangefinder focusing. A very compact 70 year old camera. I have bought and sold hundreds of this model and I think they are the best built, most durable camera Zeiss ever produced. Fully manual, super compact and dependable. Includes 1/2 case. Condition details: Body shows a ding on corner of rangefinder window and the glass is cracked but does not affect viewing or focusing. Leatherette is very nice. Film chamber is clean with only light signs of usage. Shutter charges and fires fine with slow and fast speeds sounding about right to my ear. Focusing is smooth and free. Lens glass without scratches or fungus. Aperture and shutter blades are clean, dry and adjust well. Rangefinder glass clean and clear. Double image aligns at infinity. Bellows are supple and light tight. Bellows and lens board deploy and lock into position as designed. Please email if questions and thanks for bidding!
