Description: Pegmatite specimen with large inter-grown crystals of Anorthoclase Feldspar, minor Quartz, Arfvesdonite and or Aegerine crystals and possibly other small to micro minerals. There are two Anorthoclase crystal faces that show the nice blue schiller or "flash". This a surface collected rough specimen and was only rinsed off with water. It is from the Stettin Pluton and part of a Pegmatite that is the only source for the this Wisconsin Moonstone and is only found in a 4 square mile area (all on private property. Fluoresces a cherry red under short wave UV light (not pictured).
