Description: This is watercolor by the very popular artist Will Bullas (1949-). He was born in Ohio and raised in the Southwest. Will was attending Arizona State University majoring in fine art when he was drafted. After returning from military duty, Will attended Brooks Institute of Fine Art in Santa Barbara, California. He and his wife then settled in Carmel, California. Will then won several awards for his paintings and he is a member of the American Watercolor Society, the National Watercolor Society, the Knickerbocker Artist of New York, and the Carmel. Art Association, where he has served as President many times. Will was awarded the prestigious Dagmar Trimble Memorial Award by the American Watercolor Society in 2002. Will Bullas makes fine art fun and combines his award winning artist skills with a hilarious point of view.
