It is the most advanced manufacturing process for superior flatness and consistency. Starboard is environmentally stabilized to withstand the harshest marine conditions. It will not warp, rot, or delaminate when exposed to humidity or water. Starboard is easy to fabricate with standard woodworking tools and requires little or no finishing. There is a tolerance of (+/-)1/8" or 0.118" We also can do custom cuts, a minimum of 10 pieces. We cannot cut anything under 6". Please message us before placing your order to get a quote.
