Description: Vintage handmade Quilt. Tumbling block pattern. Fabric dating from the 1940’s-1960’s. Machine pieced and backed with a sheet that dates to the 1960’s. The Kelly green binding is hand stitched. Two ends are a zig zag scallop that follow the tumbling block pattern. This colorful quilt takes you on a journey through time as you study the patterns and colors. This was the last quilt the Mom had made back in the 1960’s-70’s using fabrics from her girls dresses that she had saved through the years. Perfect quilt for Cottage, Farmhouse, or traditional. Condition is overall good. There are no stains or fading. There are about 6 or 7 places that need stitch repair. See last 3 photos.
