Description: I'll tell you upfront--I don't know much about knives--this was my husband's, and he was a professional woodcarver and a darn good whittler! He kept his knives sharp, and this one is no exception--I cut myself twice, ha ha! It is a Case XX 1977 62009-1/2 Barlow knife. I've held onto it for several years, but I know a collector will appreciate it and keep it nice.Stuff I learned from him--it has a nice snap, really tight with no wobble. The handles are bone and on the internet I found out they are saw cut. (Yay, internet!) It does have a nick on one of the handles, which I took a picture of. The liners are brass, and the bolsters are nickel silver. From the internet again--it is 3-3/8" closed.Feel free to look over the photos for all of the details!
