My little business (Frugality) has done quite well thanks to great folks like you! Thank you! The merchandise we sell is thoroughly and carefully cleaned or laundered (or dry cleaned). The apparel/item is then photographed and inventoried, placed in an airtight zip close bag, and then put in a box until it is ready to ship to you! All our merchandise is stored in a clean smoke free environment. We do not smoke, nor do we allow smoking in our facility so be assured, your item will be fresh and clean! As for pets, well, we love dogs and have three, and a cat that thinks he’s a dog, so we do our best to make sure none of their hairs get on your clothes, but we can't promise. We just love our animals and they come to work with us every day. Not sorry. :) Our pets are clean too! :) We do our very best to check and double check each item for any flaws. Flaws are notated in the item description or photos or both. We are only human, and we are going to make mistakes. Please, if you see an error or mistake or flaw that we have missed, please bring it to our attention at once! Condition Policy: We take extreme care to honestly state the condition of each item we sell.
