Geometric designs and symbols also have religious and cultural meanings. Very good vintage condition. The off-white background is fairly clean and the colors are still pretty intense. Occasional worn spots don't detract from the overall beauty. The fabric is mounted on canvas stretchers. The entire unit has warped a little over the years and doesn't lay completely flat. The shipping charge is to ship as is. If you don't want the frame I would gently remove the rug from the stretchers. I then could ship the fabric only in a tube for 1/2 the shipping charge. Let me know your preference and I will adjust accordingly.
