It is 4-1/2" tall (including bristles). The blue and ivory colored handle is made of bakelight plastic material. The bristles are straw-colored. This shaving soap/cream lather brush is pre-owned and in good vintage-age condition. There are scuff marks on the ivory colored part of the handle. The bristles are thinning but are still flexible.
