I do not know anything about cleaning him or restoring his fluff to fur etc, so I have not tried at all! I inherited this guy and don’t want to cause damage to him. His fur is totally white. Seems like it had slight curl. His neck is not supported and falls to the side . He measures approx 10” He belongs with someone who can give him care and clean him up.
