I believe the CYCLO BENELUX 3 SPEED is 1940's-1950's Vintage, and possibly,the Frame set was a Warranty Replacement? Raleigh did Lifetime Warranty their bikes, but I believe the components are older than the Frameset, and were moved into a new frame,years ago. I acquired it from a Realtor about 15 years ago,and I have been into bikes since 1973, and I have never seen another one set up like it! Has a well broken in Brooks Leather Saddle, and Leather Saddle Bag. Chain guard is not missing! I think I have new Tubes and I will replace both before I ship it out! It was garage stored,not wet.
