This is a sturdy hardcover book and great look into reference materials from the 1960s. Text has wonderful illustrations, and very detailed information so that you can do anything around the house. Even though, some of the information is outdated as it was written for a 1961 home, much of it is relevant today. Unfortunately, they predicate much of the repairs and the DIY projects on the fact that you already own all of the (sometimes very) expensive tools. Fun relic to have! Condition: Overall, acceptable to good vintage preowned condition. Some browning and tanned pages and covers commensurate with age. Some wear to cover and corners of the hardcover. Binding is tight. The pages themselves are crisp and appear to have little use. Clean copy. Lots of life left. Most of the wear seems to be on the outside from age and/or storage from over the years. See all pictures.
