Description: Vintage Corner Brace Hand Drill In Good Working Condition Unbranded. Crank drill. Maker's marks: None Dimensions: 24" long from drill tip to "L" bend. 37" from drill tip to top of round wood pad. 14" maximum distance between turning handle and upright support bar. Round wood pad has diameter of 3" x 1.25" thick. Chuck has diameter of 1.5" and is 3.75" long. Drill bit is 3.5" long from where inserted into chuck. Wood handles are approx. 3.5" long x 1.5" diameter. Metal piping has 0.5" diameter. Condition: Good collectible condition, commiserate with age and use. Mentionable issues: a) aqua paint residue around top knob (see photo #8), b) wood handles and knob have nicks and uneven finish, and c) very light surface corrosion on metal bits. Handle turns easily as it should. Comes with drill bit inserted - I could not identify how to expand the chuck to remove (bit end did not turn into screw portion -- not sure if this is stuck, but I don't know enough about how these work to be able to say it's not my ignorance).
