Description: Please read everything to fully understand- This is a framed Billy Joel signed picture from 1990. I believe that it was signed within a year or two of this date. This does not come with a COA and it is NOT authenticated. I have every reason to believe it IS authentic though. The frame may have slight wear and tear. I do NOT want to remove the picture from the frame due to potentially damaging it. The frame has some staining on the back and the frame itself is slightly loose. There is also an area of cloudiness on the glass by Billy’s hand. There is slight wear on the autographed picture itself, which is shown. It is minor but on the bottom there is some staining and wear, and on the left bottom side some markings too. There looks to be a tiny rip near the bottom of the picture but I cannot tell exactly, it may not be. The top of the picture has a slight indentation on the right side, pictured. All in all this photograph is 34 years old and seems to be in top notch shape. There is no stand on the back of the frame. It can be hung from a nail or hook in the wall. Sold as is. Please make sure you fully understand everything and know what you’re buying.
