Description: 1950s tweed textured Dark greenish/Brown Suit Jacket by McGregor. Marked size 42, I have measurements provided below. Please compare these to a garment in your wardrobe if you have questions or feel free to ask. Lined with burgundy fabric. Wood or plastic buttons that look like knots - similar to leather covered buttons. Three buttons down front. Matching buttons on sleeves.Lightly padded shoulders. Narrowish Collar. Chest slit pocket and two pockets- one on each side. CONDITION: Some fade along crease of collar. A little stress on one of the bottom pockets just on corner. A small line above pocket and one on collar that just looks like irregular pattern. Not very noticeable. A little fade on creased front/edge of jacket front. Lining under one arm has tear and needs mending. The other under arm needs a mend about 1/4th of an inch. There is a small mend as well.Wear of fabric under arm. one sleeve has a bit of fade on back. I think it needs a dry cleaning just to sharpen up the hems/lines.
