Item is COMPLETE & in GREAT WORKING CONDITION. In house inspection revealed no known dents, dings, and corrosion. External graphics are still bright & vibrant with only a few very minor hairline scratches. Inspection revealed no known missing, damaged, or broken parts. Toy operates as expected without assistance. Hand crank turns easily, which initiates the playing of "Pop Goes the Weasel". After a few turns of the crank the lid then pops open and then out pops a clown with its' eyes rolling around & around.
