There are 48 natural round diamonds meticulously set in the bezel. Watch is running and seems to keep time. 48 grams. The piece is 14K but as was widely accepted in the 1950's-1970's 14K could be anywhere between 13.2K-14K. Inv # 44799 We love estate items as much as you do.
