Marked regular Small , but remember these were designed to be worn over the complete uniform It’s more like a modern size 40 - 42 Good condition used - With typical Minor wear a few stains that will probably launder out Not faded , The collar and cuffs are fine - NOT tattered - as you normally find these NOT mildewed or worn -out this will clean up and look presentable the zipper needs work ! The zipper is missing two ‘ teeth ‘ And they not zips up about 1/4 up ( the zipper would be easy to replace but you can button up the coat , by using the snaps ) I didn’t notice any missing buttons These were issued from the Korean War through the viet nam war these were slowly replaced with the model M 65 jacket They are nearly identical - The M 51 was sturdier and continued to be worn throughout the war in viet nam The m 65 jacket was easier to manufacture - Vintage cool mid century modern Mens clothing Historic United States military USGI army Coat jacket Historical mens clothing Mid century antique textile garment Just like they wore in MASH ( the movie and television show ) Travis bickle wore one of these in the 1970s movie taxi driver
