Construction is hard polymer inner plate with overmolded pliable checkered rubber. No screws are included; these accept the factory screws. All are new old stock, repackaged in ziploc bags. We found them in an old Southern warehouse, and they have been cleaned and repackaged, but never installed or scoured or used in any way.
