The three photos picture as follows: 1) depicts the cleanup by some of Ukraine's Home Defense at Irpin, Ukraine in 2022 after a Russian missile attack; signed by Serhii K. (pictured); 2) and 3) depicts Yuri K, an Assault Gun Commander with his assault gun, between fighting around Donetsk, Ukraine in 2023; one is signed by Serhii K. (his cousin). After inflicting heavy casualties' on the Russians and knocking out several artillery and light armor personnel carriers, Yuri's Assault Gun was hit by a Russian missile and caught fire. Leading by example, Yuri ordered all his men out, and did not leave his assault gun until all his men had escaped the burning tank. Assault Gun Commander Yuri suffered 70% burns and passed away in the field shortly after (as relayed by his commanding officer). 50% of the net proceeds from this sale will go to Yuri K.'s family in Ukraine. (He leaves behind a wife and young children). Also, included in the set is the FDC (First Day Cover) Russian Warship DONE! which has become the Battle Cry for all of Ukraine in their fight to defend their country from Russian aggression. This is an official Ukrainian FDC (First Day Cover) issued to commemorate the Ukrainian Marines and Border Guards of Zmeiny (Snake) Island who resisted surrendering the island fortress to the Russian Warship & Missile Cruiser, Moskva (the flagship of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation) with their informal spokesperson, Sgt. Roman Hrybrov telling the Russian Warship where to go: "Go F* yourself" over the radio on a radio call to surrender. The second stamp on the FDC commemorates the sinking of the ship by the Ukrainian Armed Forces a few days later, April 14, 2022. Though ultimately captured by the Russian Navy, Sgt. Hrybrov was released from Russian captivity in a prisoner swap. The Ukrainian phrase, "Russian Warship Go F* Yourself" went viral on the web world-wide and has become the Battle Cry for Ukraine in their quest to defend their territory against Russian aggression. Upon his return to Ukraine, Sgt. Hrybrov was awarded a Medal of Heroism by the Governor of Cherskasy, Ukraine (where Sgt. Hrybrov is from) and the Ukrainian Defense Ministry. There were two denominations of the stamp issued: "W" and "F". "W" was for International mail and "F" was for Ukrainian Domestic Mail. The ones on this FDC are "F" stamps. The Printing run of both stamps was 500,000. ****NOTE***These Ukrainian Home Defense and military soldiers pictured and autographing are in a fluid situation in that the War is ongoing unlike the autographs from WW II where most were signed post War.
