There is a Promo saw cut on the lower edge of the spine of the jewel case but, beyond that, pretty much perfect and easily Near Mint. Please note - Sealed CDs are assumed to be Mint by definition. Because there is no way to check the condition of the Disc without opening they are not returnable! Again, I don’t grade Jewel Cases, I’ll describe them but not assign a grade. If you need a better one, ask and I’ll see if I have one I can sub in: Near Mint (NM): No visible marking / scuffing / scratches & plays perfectly. Excellent (EX): A couple light scuffs or light nicks. Inserts used but no flaws. Very Good (VG): Visible scuffs and scratches but plays fine. Inserts show use, any flaws will be noted. Good (G): Not really very good. Lots of scratches. Inserts may have damage of some sort. I probably will not be selling any of these unless they are super rare and even at that not unless they will play properly. I stand by my grades but would like us to be on the same page so no problems arise. I have been selling Vintage Vinyl for over twenty years on the net and I can count the returns I've had on one hand so I believe my grading is fair and accurate. One important note, I try to grade to these guides as best as I can understand and apply them. This gives us both a written standard to go by rather than having to guess. But.... it also means that I don't issue refunds over differences of opinion in grading i.e. "That's not MY idea of a VG!" - I don't know what your standards are and, as such, can't grade to them. I guarantee that items I sell will meet my description, nothing more or less!
