Cover shows signs of gentle use with minimal rubbing to corners/edges. Corners still quite sharp, and little or no fraying or color loss. Owner name penned on first blank page. Hinges/binding are strong/tight. No clear age-tanning inside, and paper is supple, not brittle. Interior is all clean...almost no signs of wear or even use. No DJ, but book has new slip-on 2mil poly sleeve. Very Collectible.
