The glass has some marks and dust associated with age, but appears to be clear of fungus, mold, and haze. Does NOT include end caps, but does have a filter. The lens is an Adpatall and it does NOT include an adapter, but mounts for many different camera brands are readily available for reasonable prices on ebay.
