Any damage or loss during shipping will be handled with the carrier and we will coordinate that with you and the carrier. Any other returns must be in NEW, SEALED, Unopened packaging and we must be contacted for an RMA within 14 days of receipt. All returns within 14 days will be refunded minus shipping plus an 20% restocking fee after receipt and verification.
