Recommended directions for use: Only remove a small bunch at a time - about 2-3 tablespoons DO NOT wet any that you are not using or it will go bad!!!!! After rinsing thoroughly place the sea moss in a covered glass jar/ container . Pour enough distilled or alkaline water to cover the sea moss initially, after an hour or more add up to an additional 3oz of water as it will absorb a lot of water. Drain and reserve the water) and let sit for a few hours on the counter or overnight in the fridge. Drain and place sea moss into a strong blender with a little of the water from your sea moss. Blend thoroughly until a “gel” like consistency appears (add more water a little at a time if it is not enough to fully blend product) and continue blending until you get a smooth gel.
