RARE MOTOROLA MX340 SYNTHESIZED UHF GMRS 131.8 PL RPEATER SIMPLEX LIST AC

Description: up for your consideration is a RARE MOTOROLA MX300S MX340 radio with GMRS Repeaters and various simplex, see photo of written note of frequencies. the 467 channels are GMRS repeaters. i was using a cheap freq counter, so its possible thats why some frequencies are off a bit. this also contains the very common simplex 464.500 and 464.550 this is a non crystal radio, it has a PROM/EEPROM in it. i dont know which. if it is a prom, it cant be reprogrammed without replacing the PROM, OR ive read that you can program another empty zone of the PROM and then strap the radio to that zone. if this has an EEPROM its reprogrammable over and over with the R1801 Suitcase programmer. the PL should be a module, if so, its replaceable easily without programming. if this has a Fancy PL system it might be Programmable, im not sure. all PLs appear to be around 131.8 so that probably 1 module. the antenna has some cracks, its vintage, but you can replace it with a more modern antenna from a HT600/P100the side PTT button black cover appears intact, but they are commonly known for crumbling due to age, and it will crumble once you start pressing it to transmit. has engraving on front
