Description: RARE Antique 'Best of Luck' Bamboo 9' Fly Fishing Rod w/ Case Up for your consideration is a NICE RARE Antique 'Best of Luck' Bamboo 9' Fly Fishing Rod w/ Tubular Case. Rod is comprised of 3 sections, each being unbroken and showing no visible signs of damage and / or missing / damaged parts. During inspection we did find 2 guides being secured by what appears to be black electrical tape. Upon removing one strip to determine if there was a break in the rod or if the tape was simply securing the guide we found the later as it was simply securing what appeared to be 2 guides. No rod damage was ever found during our inspection. Handle appears to be made of wood based on areas that have been uncovered due to normal wear. No manufacture marks have been found although there is an original and well worn 'Best of Luck' Made in the USA factory sticker attached to the shaft just above the handle. Dimensions - Rod is 9' long when fully assembled. Tubular Case is 40 1/2" Long x 2" Diameter. See photos for more details as to item's overall condition.
