Wired with faceted acrylic (aka resin, Lucite, plastic) beads in the earrings, and combined with lozenge confetti and glass givre and Sabrina beads in the brooch, the set also utilizes bi color art glass stones, rhinestones and in the brooch a large unfoiled and open backed golden topaz glass pear shaped stone. Colors are marvelous mid century peridot, citrine and golden topaz. Components are wired / soldered to filigree back plates. Dramatic in size and statement, this demi takes material combination and color coordination to another level.The brooch measures approximately 2 3/8 inches x 2 inches with a generous 1 inch maximum profile. Clip earrings are about 1 1/2 inches x 1 1/2 inches. Large diamond barrel resin beads are approximately 20 millimeters x 13 millimeters; marquise glass stones, 15 millimeters x 7 millimeters and large pear shaped stone in brooch 19 millimeters x 15 millimeters. Weight of the brooch and earrings set is 44 grams.Condition is excellent vintage. All components original and intact. All beads remain securely wired. All stones (plastic and glass) retain colors, shine, and brilliance. No damaged or off stones. All remain secure within settings. No dents, improper bends. crush or collapse to metal components. Soldering secure. Earring clips and pin mechanism strong and secure. Extremely clean. No damage / no repairs. Excellent vintage.The set is not signed. Various companies including Beau Jewels and Judy Lee, as well as firms in West Germany produced this type of jewelry in the 1950s-1960s.
