These rules are made in the USA by Products Engineering Company (PEC Tools), a premier US tool manufacturer. They are made from the finest steel available and are hardened and tempered. They have a satin chrome finish (reduces glare, minimizes scratching and prevents rust) and are precision photo etched and then black filled for easy readability. The 4R graduations show 1/8ths and 1/6ths on one side and 32nds and 64ths on the reverse. Rules are 1.00" wide and .042” thick. Both long edges are ground flat and straight. Pictures show both sides of a rule, but only one is up for sale at a time.
