Lot Consists of an Original Copy of a 1939 NYWF - NEW YORK WORLD'S FAIR - EXHIBITION BOOKLET FROM "THE WORLD OF TOMORROW" EXHIBIT - SHOWCASING "MESSMORE AND DAMON" - DESIGNERS AND BUILDERS. Booklet is Titled: "Super- Feature Exhibits For The New York World's Fair - "The World Of Tomorrow" - Messmore and Damon - Designers and Builders". The Booklet Has Photos and Text of Their Amphibious Brontosaurus Dinosaur That "Eats a Girl" on a Stage in The Roxy Theatre in NYC. See Pics For More Details. The 24 page, side stapled, matte finish, cardstock covered booklet is approx. 9" high x 11-7/8" wide and features black and white text and photos on their work. Booklet comes as pictured, does not appear to have been read as the spine is tight. There are only light signs of handling on edges and corners. The staples are rusting and staining around their holes in spine edge of paper. The booklet was shelf stored flat and away from light for many years. We did not attempt to clean or adjust the piece, left up to new owner to decide to do.... or.....not. Be sure to view all pics for more details on condition.
