To do this, please write me. A very old handmade flip rosary. Made of bone or horn in the USSR, I think it is most likely horn, but I could be wrong. Prison theme. Beautiful style. Some beads with unusual linear texture, also beads are different sizes. The beads expand towards the center and taper towards the edges. The rosary contains a super strong thread called «cordovoy» (кордовая нить - in Russian), it was made in the USSR, it was used in the manufacture of conveyor belts to lift ore from mines or used in tire factories. It's hard to find that thread, as there was almost nowhere like it preserved. Now it is sold new, but it is much worse in quality than it was in the USSR. That is why rosary beads with corded thread are much more valuable. The entire pattern on the rosary is handmade using a burnisher, it is not machine made, it is handmade. - One side shows a poppy head on the tip with openwork elements around it, and an openwork pattern at the bottom. In between are beads with openwork burnout. - The other side shows a grinning skull with a star, the word DEATH above the skull, and an openwork pattern on the other tip. On the edge is written - “stop narcotic” ( the last letter broke off) Between them beads with openwork burning. The rosary has chips, cracks, scratches, and scuffs.
