Description: Antique Coal miners' carbide lamp in good condition. The lamp was made in Springfield, Illinois by Shanklin Mfg. There are two small stress cracks in the top of the body. Everything moves and works as it should. The cap where the flint goes unscrews easily. The spring is intact, but there is no flint. It stands about 4 inches high. A nice addition to your mining collection. This lamp will be very carefully packaged to protect it from damage during the shipping process. Thanks for looking.
