Before each use, brush with solid vegetable shortening and dust with flour. Alternatively, you can use baking spray with flour in it allows the details to be more defined. Cool 5 minutes in pan before removing to cool for best results, and always use baking spray with flour, not cooking spray when seasoning the pan.
