Damaged shipment – In the unlikely case your item was damaged during shipment it is important that you contact us immediately. You must save all the packing material and damaged goods. If you received your item by truck – you MUST note the damage on the bill of lading you sign when your item is delivered or picked up. If there is any damage to the box it is best if you open and inspect it before signing! If you have any questions or doubts please contact us immediately before signing. Shipping outside the US - International Buyers The rates shown are the cost of transport only. In most cases there will be additional fees, taxes or import duties that must be paid at your end before delivery.
