It comes just as seen in the pics and is in good condition with normal wear but no damage and fully functional. Does not include the decal/sticker on top. If your replacing a broken piece you can remove your sticker/decal and re-glue it onto this piece. These parts will NOT work with the Bowflex SelectTech 552 series 2.
