It is an excellent pre-Vatican II handbook of Christian Spirituality, divided into 3 sections: Way of Purification, Way of Imitation and Way of Union, with reflective thoughts and prayers at the ends of each entry. Condition of the book graded as Extremely Fine, I don't think the book has ever been used- a collectible vintage book of Catholic devotion.
