On my TV-7, min good for EL34 is 30 (65%) max is 42-44-44-45/30 (45-46=100%). They were all tested on the bias checker to measure the anode current at the same time with well over 27mA (35mA=100%). Anode current is much more important than on TV-7 values in choosing the best matched tubes. I also tested them on my Amplifier LUA 4040C and they worked flawlessly.
