Description: This is a new and fully functional "SoundSwitcher" board for the Kawai R-50 or R-50e. It includes all 100% of the sounds from all 3 Kawai Factory ROMs. Made by MTG (Music Technologies Group). Installation requires soldering 3 wires, but no drilling anything. This ROM expander converts the R-50 and/or R-50e into a rare R-50iii using MTG's QuadROM technology via one 42-pin DIP EPROM. See the ad for the MTG R-100 4x ROM Switcher for more details.
