This is a porcelain Moriage Satsuma Japanese gold gilt vase in cobalt blue featuring the empress with a dragon background. The bottom is UNMARKED, without import stamp. It measures 5" tall and has a top diameter of 1 3/4" and bottom diameter of 2", the weight is 7.5 oz. There is some wear to the gold gilt, consistent with age, but free of chips or cracks. The satsuma is yellowed/crackled & does not have a ring to it which is consistent with genuine Satsuma.
