Description: Up for sale is an antique clear glass with ruby stain toothpick holder or spooner, not really sure. This is in the Champion pattern, made by McKee & Brothers Glass circa 1896. This measures 3 1/4" tall and is 2 1/2" wide. It is not in the standard shape as the regular toothpick holder and it is slightly larger. It is shorter than the regular spooner by 1 1/2" and the shape of the top is slightly different. I have checked several books and websites and have not found a piece in this shape. I also thought it might be a sugar dish, but once again shape and dimensions are wrong. So I am not sure what this was designated for. In excellent condition, no chips, cracks, scratches or repairs.
