Description: Mauchline Ware was produced from 1820s-1939 in Ayrshire Scotland by various small manufacturers. They produced souvenirs that were sent all over the world. This one features a view of the United States Capital building. This cute little box is 1 3/4" h x 3 1/4" x 2 3/8". The hinge and latch work fine and the material glued to the bottom shows wear. The interior is felt like material and shows some fraying at the edges, with minor wear spots. The surface is good with a tiny spot below the building that would not easily clean out. Buyer pays cost of USPS Ground Advantage International buyers welcome. I pack carefully and use recycled materials when possible. I would be happy to answer any questions or send more photos.
