Never issued in the Alfred Mainzer "Printed in Belgium" series published in New York, this illustration was previously only issued in Europe in the 1960s as Coloprint B Special 2280/6, and in the larger Continental format as Coloprint B Special 2604/6. This is one of two versions of this scene illustrated by Hartung, the other originally issued in landscape orientation in the late 1950s as Mainzer card catalog number 4940. Condition is very good.
