GB-14 ....EZ Buckle INC. , East Orange, New Jersey....Little LuLu & Friends Sew-on Applique". The package measures 6 1/4" x 4 1/4". Patch measures 3 1/2" x 1 3/4". Colors are yellow, black and white.
