This is a vintage piece of industrial test equipment. We procured it in a purchase from Harry Diamond labs but it has a Tecra property label on it also. We have only 1 of these. It is in good shape but we had no way to do tests on it this model might run on just batteries D cells, but there is a hatch door missing on back that is where a large dry cell battery goes. we are not sure if it needs both or just one or other.
