Description: Usual library markings and card pouch. Suitable for study and research. Formerly belonged to college library. Presumed 1st edition. Copyright date and print date are the same. Binding is in poor condition. Front cover is nearly detached due to severe binding split at title page. Binding remains loose through first few pages, then firms up around page 7. Pages are generally in good condition, with the exception of 3 pages with ink stain in the text. The text can easily be deduced by context, even though some letters are covered. Other than that, I noted a few light stray pencil lines and a small pink stain in the bottom border of one page. Library stamp at the bottom of one page. Small foxing stain or two. Basically, any blemishes in text are relatively insignificant to the purpose of reading it. Cover has fraying of spine ends. Corners are bumped, with cloth rubbed away. Scuffs and light stains. 171 pages. 9.25 inches x 6.25 inches.
