Description: This wonderfully carved black inkstone has dragons on the four corners and one on the cap covering. It is most likely soapstone and Chinese in origin. The piece is approximately 8.5" x 6" with the cap covering the well being 4" in diameter. The smaller well could hold an ink stick or water. There are no apparent chips or cracks and it is of undetermined age. Shipping costs are determined by USPS/eBay dependent on weight, size and destination zip code.
