It is dirty and needs to be cleaned, serviced, and oiled before use. The bushings might be ok. Springs might be good. It is stamped N, Franz Hermle, NO (0) Jewels Unadjusted, Made in Germany. N dates the movement to 2001. It may be new old stock from 2001. It is for a clock with a 55 cm pendulum movement. It comes with a hand nut, pendulum leader, and suspension spring. The plate measures about 4-3/4" square. The distance between plates is about 1-1/4". The center to center distance between the outside winding arbors is about 3-11/16". The center to center distance from each outside winding arbor to the hand arbor is about 1-15/16". Please see pictures.
