Description: Up for sale is a very nice Heddon-Built Shakespeare #1234 fly rod. This rod is 7’ 6” long and it will handle 5wt fly lines just fine. Overall, this rod is in great shape; however, it does have a few minor things I need to mention. First, the stripper guide will need to be remounted. Second, the cork handle and reel seat show wear (they both still function as intended). And the last thing I need to mention is one of the tip-section ferrules could fit a tad tighter. Aside from those small setbacks, this rod is in great shape! All sections are full length and straight. The bamboo is free of any defects. This rod comes with the tube and sock (the sock is in rough shape and the tube has a small dent). Please see all of the photos and thank you for looking.
