I'm assuming she was the artist, but don't know that specifically...............NOT SEEN OR RARELY SEEN. MAY BE ONE OF A KIND BECAUSE OF THE HANDPAINTING!........GREAT ARTWORK BY ARTOPAGES!..........Just bought 800 Artopages with Mounted FDCs and Mint Plate Blocks and Singles. MUCH WITH HANDPAINTED HAND TINTING , SOME LATER ARE BLACK AND WHITE. I Believe the painting was done by the collector and not by the company so not commonly seen!.....Commemoratives, Airmails and Stationery from 1935 to 1974 or so.....................
