Description: Dick Tracy # 22, November 1949 was published by the Wilson Publishing Company of Toronto, Canada and features L.B Cole drawing the cover with interior work by Alden McWilliams. It has blank inside covers (pic 3 & 7) and is a very rare comic in Very Good condition. See pics and scans. Late in 1947 Canada faced another ban on American comics but this time publishers were able to import American printing mats and as a result a reprint industry operated in Canada from 1948 - 1951 but very few were printed and very few survived. Although I have been collecting for years, I do not pretend to be a professional grader. Grading is very subjective. Please feel free to e-mail me with any questions.
